產品保養

品質保證包括範圍

保證範圍包括於製造過程中所引起的結構性問題。有效期為首次購買該產品的發票日期起計,唯必須出示全部有效的發票正本以證明首次及其後的更換日期。

 

產品品質保證有效期

各款產品的品質保證有效期均由顧客購買該產品的日期起計算,而保證有效期均於每 款產品之細則內清楚註明。

 

產品品質保證之細則及條款

各款產品之品質保證有效期均由首次購買該產品的日期起計算。顧客必須出示由本公司或指定經銷商發出之有效發票正本,以證明首次及其後的更換日期,方可享有有關品質保證。

 

下列各項不適用於本品質保證:

• 產品曾以不正確的方式貯存或組裝、經不適當 地使用、濫用、誤用、更改用途、或以不當的清潔方式或清潔劑處理;

• 何正常的損耗、割痕、刮痕、不當的屈折、或因撞擊、意外引致的損壞;

• 產品因受到任何外在因素而損毀,例如陽光下曝曬、濕氣、灰塵、塵蟎等引致的問題;

• 產品曾放置在室外或潮濕環境中,例如浴室;

• 色澤的差異;

• 產品而未能提供發票正本。

 

處理品質保證之申請

DXracer HK會因應顧客所提出有關該產品於製造過程中出現的結構性問題而作出檢驗。經檢驗及向生產商查詢(如需要)後,本公司會全權決定該產品是否適用於本品質保證並保留最終決定權。

 

品質保證程序

本品質保證之申請經確認後,DXracer HK會全權決定修理或更換有問題之產品﹕

• DXracer HK會代為修理或更換相同或近似型號的產品。所有服務費用將不包括在內。若首次購買的產品為絕版貨品,顧客可更換另一型號之同類產品,若顧客換購售價較高的同類產品,需另補差額。若顧客換購售價較低的同類產品,差額將不獲退回。

• 已更換的新產品所享的品質保證,將會由首次購買該產品的日期起計算之剩餘日期。

• 要求更換的產品必須同時退回。

• DXracer HK會安排免費上門收貨及/或送貨服務,但收貨地址必須與送貨地址相同,而收貨及送貨必須同時進行。若送貨地址位於離島或澳門地區,顧客需繳付有關之收貨及/或送貨費用,而有關之費用會按當時離島或澳門地區送貨費計算。

 

 

The Guarantee covers structural manufacturing defects of the product from the date of first purchase as evidenced by the original sales receipt issued. Customer is required to provide all original sales receipts to evidence the first purchase and all subsequent replacements.

 

Duration of Guarantee

Each guarantee lasts for the number of years stated against each product below, starting from the date of purchase.

 

Conditions for the guarantees

The guarantees are valid from the original date of first purchase of the product. In order to rely on this guarantee, proof of purchase by presenting the original sales receipt issued by DXracer HK is required to evidence the first purchase and all subsequent replacements.

 

Exclusions of this Guarantee

This Guarantee will not cover:

• Products has been stored/installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products;

• Normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, abnormal bending, damage caused by impacts or accidents;

• Damages caused by external factors such as exposure to the sun, dampness, dust or mites etc;

• Products has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment, such as the bathroom;

• Colour difference;

• Any product without the original sales receipt.

 

Treatment on any claim for the Guarantee

DXracer HK will examine the structural manufacturing defects of product as alleged by the customer. After examination of the product and consultation with the manufacturer (as needed), DXracer HK shall determine in its sole discretion whether the product falls under this Guarantee. All decisions by DXracer HK shall be final.

 

How does this Guarantee scheme work?

Subject to confirmation that this Guarantee shall apply, DXracer HK shall in its sole discretion either repair or replace a defective product as follows:

• DXracer HK shall either repair the product or replace it with a new one of the same or similar model. No credit will be given to any service charges. If the model of the product the customer first purchased is discontinued, he may choose a new product of a different model of the same category. If the customer chooses a more expensive product, the customer shall pay the difference. If the customer chooses a cheaper product, the balance will be forfeited.

• The guarantee period of the replacement product shall be the balance from the date of the first purchase.

• The product under guarantee must be returned to DXracer HK at the time of exchange.

• DXracer HK will arrange for free collection and/or delivery services for the product provided that the collection address is the same as the delivery address and the collection service is rendered at the same time as the delivery. Delivery charges will be applicable to all locations on the outlying islands of Hong Kong or in Macau. DXracer HK shall impose such rates of charges and conditions of delivery as it deems fit from time to time.
